I didn't believe in that supposed „pandemic”
even a single second. If there was any real
pandemic here, I would be one of its first
victims.
FYI I was sick last time more than 10 years
ago (flu called „Covid” today).

By 'flu' you mean the respiratory disease that puts one in hospital at a
serious risk of life? Never had that. Only case I personally know was
someone at work who died of it in the 80's. Those who wish to conflate
'flu' with COVID are welcome. These are umbrella terms coined for public
convenience. It's the scientist's job to discriminate between diseases,
to find solutions to a disease that has out-stripped endemic flu and to
develop a vaccine for it.

Over 5 billion doses and counting. One may argue % effectiveness but safety
appears well-established. AFAIK I've never had COVID (or the flu) - which
I put down to lack of exposure. Still I take the vaccines for personal and
public reasons. I have no compelling reason to ignore best available public
health advice.

that respirators. They died being mistreated.

With all due respects, if there are billions at stake, there is reason to be
weary. The best military experts advise the USA population to
spend billions for the "upcoming war" against China.

After seeing what happened when citizens were told to 'protect' themselves
against each other, one should be weary and wary.

I imagine hospitals followed all the relevant protocols. To do other
otherwise would be to leave themselves open to criminal prosecution.

But not until the govt agencies tasked with ensuring vaccines are safe
and effective had given approval to distribute. Anything else one may
put down to 'market forces'.
