but it may take a few minutes to see the scheduler
acting. What's your Polling Interval @ Hamster|Config?

First of all, he has to use a mail client to receive nym mail.
Then the nym account has to be assigned to the OM account used
when logging in for a POP3 request. Furthermore polling of
NNTP nym mail has to be activated. And finally the Hamster
service has to be active and hold the latest a.a.m messages.

At Hamster > Run click "Update Hamster Configuration" and restart OM
to make sure, that Hamster really runs with the shown parameter set.

Well, you showed a non-anonymous (no Tor-routing) *NNTP* download of
a.p.a-s articles through OmniMix. But what has to be done to retrieve
your nym mail is a *POP3* download of mail. That's why you have to
access OM as if it were your mail ISP using port 110!

Once having activated the nym system, forget about all that NNTP
background nym processing stuff and use OM as a simple mail server,
accordingly send nym mail through its SMTP port 25 and obtain incoming
mail through the POP3 port 119 (as specified at the Server tab). With
outgoing mail OM will recognize your nym messages based on their From
address header and process them appropriately.

How come? I followed the setup instructions in the OM tutorial. How do I
route it thru tor and go anonymous?

By setting your username in TB to "omnimix;pl=N" you avoid that failing
normal POP3 connection attempt, which may reveal your OM activities.

You may retry scanning all of Hamster's a.a.m messages after resetting
your nym's Newsgroups Pointer at the Nym Configurator's Nym Accounts tab
to 1 and clicking the Modify button.

If there still are no results, your nym creation message may not have
made it to the nymserver, which is why you should resend it from the
ModNym tab by selecting "Create the selected nym account" from the Nym
Accounts list and clicking the Send Msg button.

Please start with nyms that don't use additional reply remailers, which
means that the Reply Chain list at the Nym Configurator's Nym Routing
tab is empty.

Yes XS is activated, S3 is not.
