list of available newsgroups: https://www.novabbs.com/common/grouplist.php
and yet are probably listed on the usenet server that novabbs.com is using
https://www.i2pn2.org/common/grouplist.php . . . not even that information
is helpful to you? you either can't or won't use an ordinary newsreader to
connect with any free nntp server that carries whatever newsgroups you may
be looking for ... maybe https://duckduckgo.com/?q=help+setting+up+website

a usenet server isn't the same thing as a web site... probably better to
ask your questions in news:news.software.nntp or news:news.admin.peering

could be they allow patients to play with their facility's computers
as therapeutic treatment, and that's why only their web browsers are
available for internet access? thus would explain why the op refuses
to acknowledge the fact that any newsreader would solve his "problem"

I would suggest that you try to contact the person who runs
http://put.hk and ask if form fields for user credentials can
be added, so that you can use any nntp server, like
eternal-september.org or i2pn2.org, for example, while using a
web based interface.

Try out 'news.i2pn2.org' in the form and
look for your News Groups, you wish to read.

Because you can't enter credentials it is read
only. news.mixmin.net was the way to go back
then with put.hk, but a guy spammed mixmin's
nntp server and Zax disabled this free posting
feature. Hence, why I suggested to contact the
person of put.hk, so that you can use any nntp
server of your choice, when credentials could be
entered.

is the left most message, followed by replies underneath, with
