Either use the Task Manager:
Right-click the Start button and click Task Manager, if required
click the More details button, then select the Startup tab,
click the OmniMix line and finally the Disable button.

Or irreversibly remove the OmniMix.lnk file directly from the Startup
folder
| C:\Users\[MyUser]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
or
| C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
or
| C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
