Any mass mailing program available?

I dont have a mailing list

Also I note that spam arrives in my gmail
even if I have not submitted my email to them

How do they manage to do this type of mailing

Can I send mass mail to people not on my mailing list?

In case someone want to broadcast a message, is that possible?

are very accurate, send email every time.
