Kamala Harris's 'erratic' bodyguard who got into a brawl with colleagues
this week previously filed a $1million gender discrimination lawsuit
against the city of Dallas.

An armed Secret Service officer assigned to the Vice President was removed
from duty after she got into a physical fight with fellow agents on
Monday, according to reports.

The agent began fighting fellow officers Monday morning after appearing
for duty at Joint Base Andrew in Maryland before the vice president
arrived for a planned trip to Wisconsin, according to the Washington
Examiner.

RealClearPolitics identified the agent as Michelle Herczeg, 43, who is a
female agent on Harris' security detail.

It has now been revealed that Heczeg had previously filed a gender
discrimination lawsuit against the city of Dallas in 2016.

The lawsuit alleges that Herczeg was retaliated against after she reported
sexual harassment of her colleagues in the Dallas Police Department.

Herczeg also claimed that she was not allowed to return to a crime
reduction after she alleged that a senior officer assaulted her in May
2015, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Legal documents from 2021 show that Herczeg sued the city of Dalllas for
gender discrimination, wrongful termination based on gender, retaliation
based on gender and aiding and abetting discrimination.

The initial suit claimed the department 'tolerates unprofessional behavior
such as fraternization and unprofessional male and female working
relationships based on an atmosphere which finds the male officer in
charge, regardless of rank or ability.'

Herczeg was hired by the Dallas Police Department in September 2008 and
became a senior corporal in 2015. Before joining the police force - she
served in the Air Force for eight years.

She graduated from the police academy in the top five percent of her class
and sought further law enforcement training to become a drug recognition
expert.

Herczeg claims that she was not allowed to return to the North Central
Crime Reduction Team after she reported the alleged assault.

The lawsuit claims that she was denied overtime patrol shifts - which
caused her and her family to suffer from 'stress and mental anguish from
loss in payment compensation.'

On Monday, Herczeg arrived for duty acting erratically, grabbing a fellow
agent's personal phone and started deleting applications from it. She also
was mumbling to herself, hiding behind curtains and throwing items at
fellow agents including menstrual pads, according to the report.

Herczeg told her fellow agents they would 'burn in hell and needed to
listen to God.'

Sources said the special agent in charge and a detail shift supervisor
tried to calm Herczeg after she began exhibiting aggressive behavior, but
she tackled the Senior Agent in Charge of security detail and began
punching him.

Although Herczeg was armed, her weapon remained in the holster until the
she was disarmed by her colleagues. She was handcuffed and removed from
the terminal.

The Secret Service confirmed an agent on the vice president's detail began
'displaying behavior their colleagues found distressing' and was removed
from duty on Monday.

Harris was at her home at the Naval Observatory when the incident
occurred, according to the Secret Service, and there was no impact to her
travel plans.

'The U.S. Secret Service takes the safety and health of our employees very
seriously. As this was a medical matter, we will not disclose any further
details,' Secret Service Chief of Communications Anthony Guglielmi said in
a statement.

Other agents were aware of previous incidents of strange behavior from
Michelle Herczeg prior to the incident at the airport.

Well ... she MAY have been discriminated against, in
which case she OUGHT to make a stink. She may also have
been getting lots of shit from her work buddy, in which
case she should NOT be all passive. OR she may be one
of those hostile hateful predatory complainers.
