Dybala put Roma 1-0 up on 34 minutes, a through ball found him in the penalty area, despite having two Sevilla players on him he managed to get a low shot off and find the back of the net.

So a Mourinho team lead 1-0 in a final, will they now just shut the door on Sevilla? Or will "Team Europa League" pull off another miracle comeback?

45+5 Rakitic's long low shot from outside the area beats the Roma keeper................but bounces off the post! Unlucky Sevilla.

To answer my earlier question, Roma are already playing like a team hanging on for a result in the last few minutes, eg all 11 players camped inside their own half. Hard to cheer for them as a neutral with that sort of negativity, it's a European final for crying out loud and there's a whole half of football left.

What? It would have been a scandal if Roma had been awarded an accidental hand ball penalty after Sevilla were denied a seemingly perfectly valid penalty for a foul minutes before. If it helps none of the BT Sport commentary team thought the Roma “hand ball” shout was a penalty.

We've seen those types of penalties awarded quite often since the introduction of VAR. "Accidental" is not part of the equation.
