Actually it was put up 8 days ago and 298 people watched it.

I'm under no illusions about the fact that we're all being watched on-line to one degree or
another, any by one entity or another, human or otherwise. However the rest of the thinking in that
paragraph shows signs of a mental illness...

Content matching and copyright 'strikes' are mostly automated on youtube and usually take a few
days to cycle through. Any video or audio clip that goes for longer than 15 seconds and is
copyrighted is automatically removed (< 15 seconds is considered fair use).

Certain big rights holders also have alerts set up for key words (such as "F1" in this title) that
trigger a bot to email the rights holder of possible breaches. Then it's just a matter of someone
watching it and requesting it's removal. This usually happens if there isn't a single instance that
exceeds 15 seconds but there are multiple instances that add up to more than that.

I've just watched a few other videos by the same uploader and it seems most of his uploads are
compilations of other people's content (mainly FOMs) but cropped into a 'TV frame', have the
soundtrack mostly replaced and most 'segments' being just a few seconds long. That's how you get
past automated content matching and pirate for profit. He must have messed up in the video that was
removed (or pushed his luck too far).
