Crawford's knee is bothering him, again. So the Giants have shut him down. Good as he is, it's about time for him to retire.

Then there's a Luis Gonzalez. He had a spinal disc problem that should have been taken care of during the offseason, but not the Giants. They offer rosey prediction and he finally ends up needing surgery that will put him out for half a year, if not the whole season.
