I've seen odds floating around on Twitter, Harbaugh has gone from +200 to -150 to -500 to be the next coach over just the past few days. I think it will be made official next Tuesday or Wednesday - I've seen some conflicting information on Rooney Rule requirements but apparently they have to do at least one in-person interview with an external minority candidate and they're not allowed to interview employees of other NFL teams in person until after the divisional round, so they'll probably have an interview on Monday and then hire Harbaugh on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Yes, I think the Rooney Rule is the hold-up,although they have
interviewed Leslie Frazier for the HC job.

Some reports say that teams now have to interview two minority
candidates. The NFL appears to say it's one or two depending on the
circumstances:

The Raider were the other team thought to be seriously interested in
Harbaugh, but they seem to be out now, with interim coach Antonio Pierce
expected to land the job:

However, Harbaugh did interview with Atlanta yesterday:

I think Atlanta is going to be the landing spot for Belichick. Soft division and they have a lot of talent everywhere except at QB. They'll also be one of the teams willing to turn over organizational control to him.

I have been wondering where Belichick is going to land. Does he
definitely want to continue coaching?

I don't think he'd take an interview if he planned to retire. He's only 26 wins behind Shula for the record, that's reachable in 3 seasons. Plus, he doesn't strike me as the kind of guy that would just go golfing and he doesn't have the personality to be a broadcaster.

Per Ian Rapoport on Twitter, Belichick is having a second interview with Atlanta this weekend: https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1747998878622699672

Ian Rapoport
@RapSheet
Sources: Former #Patriots coach Bill Belichick will have a second interview with the #Falcons brass this weekend after meeting with owner Arthur Blank 1-on-1 this past week. Things are ramping up with the greatest coach of all time…

I didn't realize that. Yeah, I'd go for it.

that's reachable in 3 seasons. Plus, he doesn't strike me as the kind of
guy that would just go golfing and he doesn't have the personality to be
a broadcaster.

Belichick lives for football. Even without the record, or after the
record, he won't stop until he can't get a job.

So long as we're talking about him: (1) Before Brady went to TB,
Belichick told Kraft Brady couldn't play any more and (2) The year NE
drafted N'Keal Harry the scouts were banging the drums for either AJ
Brown or Deebo Samuel and Belichick ignored them.
