I saw a short clip with former 49ers/Chiefs/Redskins QB Alex Smith being asked about Harbaugh, he told a story of how Harbaugh asked him to play a game of catch and kept ramping up the intensity until they were winging the ball full force at each other. He also said that Harbaugh benched him (for Colin Kaepernick) and traded him, but yet he would still play for him. That's how much respect he had for Harbaugh.
