Per recent announcements regarding groundbreaking
for the new stadium, seating capacity will either be
62,000 or 63,000, close to the smallest seating capa-
city in the league. Seating, reported that 65% of the
seating will be covered by a roof. The field, grass with
heating.

The stadium design is reported to be able to keep out
the wind, maybe, per the following article on the 8th of
June 2023:

"The future 63,000-plus seat stadium will feature a can-
opy that will cover 65% of the seats and protect against
wind and precipitation. Additionally, the stadium will have
a perforated multidimensional exterior skin that will pre-
vent swirling winds from getting to the field level.

The construction of the new stadium will also have con-
courses that are enclosed, protecting fans from the ele-
ments as they walk around the facility."

I'd like to offer pictures of the design but it's unclear
which of the many pictures are fantasy & which ones
are the actual design to be built by 2026.
