Before hiring McDaniel, they also had an interim coach; I forget his name, but he was the special teams coach. He led them to the playoffs, but instead of doing the logical thing and making him the head coach, they went out and got a "name coach" who they have now fired.

I would not mind Pierce doing well as long as he does not win the game this week.

Jeff, his name was Rich Bisaccia. He did a great job. I think he's Special Teams coach for the Packers now.

Thanks, Doc. They sure did great by hiring the big name coach, McDaniels instead. 🤦‍♂️. The raiders players were truly inspired yesterday by him being gone!
