While undefeated FSU gets left out of title consideration, resulting in
21 players opting out of the consolation trophy Orange Bowl.

Every member of the bowl selection committee should be put in a dress
and dropped in the Portland homeless community for New Years.

There were not 82 eligible bowl teams this year.

I'm not sure what one has to do with the other. Top 4 team to get into the CFP. Top 84 team to make one of the 42 total bowl games.
