I guess in Sramese 'recall' and the marketing CYA "taking no
half-measures" means 'fix it yourself'.

I do like Sram, I'm running Red 10 on two bikes and Force 10 on two
others (I'm not a luddite, I was just never an 'early adopter'). Never
really had any issues.
