I admit to being a gadget freak. I just bought a Garmin index scale
which not only checks weight, but also body fat percentage, water
percentage, bone and muscle weight and send the data to my smart
phone.

I have no way to determine how accurate the numbers are, but I am
surprised at how different they are on opposite sides of my 46 miles
bike ride yesterday. I suspect the differences are mostly because of
the 5 pound weight loss. I gained back 2 lbs after breakfast and
coffee this morning and I'm seeing the other numbers moving towards
where they were before the ride.

Multics is security spelled sideways.
