Apparently, a new Major Taylor bio-pic is out, available on some public
TV stations and on YouTube. I haven't seen it yet, but I will. He was a
very impressive guy.

I saw a movie called Tracks of Glory many years ago about Major Taylor.
Interestngly, it was a made-for-austrailian TV movieback in the 90's. IT
was good from a historical perspective, though decidedly low-budget as
one might expect a made-for TV movie.

There was also a movie about his 6-day exploits that was released a few
years ago. I have yet to see that.

uh oh....that's being broadcast on PBS. Those <sarcasm> 'true-blooded
