Putin has had people he doesn't like assisinated in England - amongst other places - and innocent bystanders have been killed in the process.
Farange and Trump are merely irresponsible liars. Trump's defects lead to many more Covid-19 deaths per head in the USA than were seen in comparable countries, but that was mainly ignorant incompetence rather than murderous malice.

Hitler's vicious anti-Semitism was evident from early in his career and may have prompted Henry Ford (who was no less rabidly anti-semitic) to subsidise Hitler's Nazi party early on.

Quite a few people had doubts about Hitler's motives and intentions from very early on. When he started invading other countries the issue got more salient.

Not strictly true - Bismark had invented National Insurance to pre-empt the German socialist parties quite a bit earlier. It wasn't all that comprehensive, but it did exist.
