According to John Gribbin's book Timewarps, extracerebral memory could occur when one telepathically tunes in to scenes from the past contacting another time in the block universe. How is this any different from the Akashic records?

We do not change the time or length in the speed formula to keep the speed of sound the same in the air. We change the wavelengths because that is what actually changes. To say otherwise is to lie.
