Here is yet ANOTHER example where Bozo hasn't thought this out at all: a speeding ticket MUST prove that a SPECIFIC person was caught speeding, not that a mobile phone was speeding. Red light cameras take a picture of the driver to prove WHO was driving the car.

It does now. If you automate the system the speeding ticket becomes just one more charge attached to the vehicle, and the registered owner will have to pay it, and may have to recover it from the person who was driving the car at the time. You haven't though through the way congestion charges work now.

That is the way the law on speeding tickets works at the moment. It's not the way congestion charges work, and the law would have to be changed if you wanted to automate speeding fines. Telling me how the law works now isn't useful when I'm telling you how the system could be changed in the future.

But Sewage Sweeper isn't going to miss a chance to post lots of capitalised abuse just because the abuse is moronically stupid.

Some of then have electric trade vehicles, some of them charge extra,
some of them dont go there.

I wonder if there any way of getting it across to a a that his habit of posting contentless abuse as reactions to posts that he doesn't like - but doesn't explain why - makes him a genuine off-topic troll, while most of the people he's calling idiots and arseholes are conforming to long-established group norms.

He seems to be out of his mind, and we can only hope that his behavior gets florid enough that he will be hospitalised for treatment. He probably couldn't afford to pay for it, so he'd need to do something anti-social enough to get the attention of the police force. And Trump illustrates the point that being ostentatiously anti-social can't be relied to get you put away.
