You can buy the Sony BC-QZ1 charger for 75 Euro:

You have to factor this into the cost of the camera.

Also the OM Systems OM-1 does not come with a charger, although they
include an AC-USB adapter.
The kit (charger with one additional battery) costs almost 200 Euro,
which you have to add to an already expensive camera.
It's basically a way for manufacturers to get some extra money from you.
