For the lion, only consistent options are:
- it is on one of its truth-days and the day before was a lie-day, OR
- it is on one of its lie-days and the day before was a truth-day
i.e. the meeting day was Monday or Thursday

Same logic applied to the unicorn means the day was Thursday or Sunday.

Conclusion: the meeting was on Thursday.
