The English setting on the Institute of Human Paeleoecology
and Social Evolution's source page didn't actually translate
to English so I ran it through google translate.

google translation here (which has a few bits that
didn't translate well to English)

Cannibalism among the Neanderthals of the Coves del Toll de Moià

The excavation campaign in the Cova de les Teixoneres has
made it possible to recover two skull fragments of a
52,000-year-old Neanderthal juvenile

06/23/2023
Today, the discovery of Neanderthal human remains dating
back more than 52,000 years to the Cova de les Teixoneres
settlement, in the municipal terme of Moià, in the Moianès
region, has been publicly discovered. The remains,
recovered during the archaeological excavation efforts
that ended at IPHES-CERCA, correspond to two occipital
fragments (back of the skull) of a juvenile Neanderthal
individual.
....
Furthermore, the remains of these human bodies are highly
fragmented, probably to be able to access the marrow and
other nutrients adjacent to the interior of the six bones.
It turns out that most of them are still very difficult to
recognize and distinguish from other animals, especially
in the case of the rest corresponding to infants. In order
to alleviate this problem, the team is trying to use
biomolecular techniques with many specialties to identify
them and be able to carry out DNA studies, both
mitochondrial and nuclear. It is expected that both the
results of these studies will increase the names of other
identified humans.
....

This is not the first documented case of cannibalism among Neanderthals,
but it is the first to identify Southern Catalonia.
