They came later. The first people living there (that I know of, and
this is logical) are Indo-Europeans, white people. Just like Turks
spread from Euro-Asian steppe 1,500 ya, so did Indo-Europeans 5,000
years ago. Turks actually came from Manchuria, into Mongolia, where they
borrowed nomadic lifestyle from Inro-Europeans.
Into-Europeans came to Europe 5,000 ya, from the same direction (and,
probably, the same way) from which Turks came later.
