There's an OGN ground station feeding grossly bad coordinates into the
network. It's causing tracking at the Mifflin contest to show jumps in
flight path down to the Bahamas.

Probably located somewhere around Mifflin, with defective hardware. The
station location shows it way SE of the Bahamas. Could whoever owns
this turn it off until the problems are fixed?
