You guys just have to find donkeys with more money, and demonstrate
your product to them.

Nanosats are cheap, build one with solar panels (cheaper than nuclear
reactors), and use your device to raise its orbit. Piece of cake, and
maybe a Russian oligarch will come to you.

The concern about your engine is that the thrust part does not work,
regardless of how much power you put into it. So the nuclear part is
irrelevant.
