There seems to be a serious possibility that Starship will launch next
month:

They still don't have a launch license from the FAA. But they must be
quite close to obtaining it because the are now planing for a launch on
April 17. Even Elon with his wishful thinking calendars wouldn't plan
for a launch in less than a week if he wasn't close to having the launch
license.

"NET" applies, but not "NLT".

By the way, JUICE crossed the Karmann line on April 14.

They do, however, have a u-tewb stream ready for pre-dawn excitement.

On the last Ariane 5, innit? Nope, there is still one more to go, but
NSF reports this as the "last Ariane 5 to be built". Looks like they
spacecraft made the window to do a Lunar-Earth Gravity Assist, the
first ever LEGA, about 15 months from now.

And NSF reports the launch license was published late Friday.

During one of the NSF Raptorside Chats on the Starbase Live stream,
Chris B put out the link to the FAA launch license site (with the note
that Hoppy's license is still up there), but they don't seem to have
saved that as a separate video, so finding the FAA page is up to your
tracking ability.

I believe these acronyms commonly mean

NET = Not Earlier Than
NLT = Not Later Than

So, NLT is what is usually meant by a "deadline", while NET is like an
"aspirational schedule".

Yes, and NET is very frequently encountered in connection with orbital
rocket launch schedules, such as nextspaceflight.com.
