In fairness (though why I feel the need to be fair to a fraudster, I
don't know), because this drive, if it worked, would violate the
established principles of physics, it would not be possible to patent in
places like the USA in the absence of a demonstrated clearly working
example. The rule was primarily introduced to stem the endless patent
applications on over-unity and perpetual motion machines.

Of course, the continuing lack of such an example is telling.

But you've failed to demonstrate to impartial observers that your drive
does anything. To be remotely useful, it needs to produce thrust well
above anything that could ascribed to thermal effects or non-isotropic
radiation. If it were doing that, it would be obvious.

The problem is not the type of balance. I believe that you are truly
producing thrust and therefore most any balance can measure your thrust.
The problem is that, as Sylvia wrote, the thrust can be explained by
thermal and/or non-isotropic radiation. I believe it is mainly a thermal
effect. Once in vacuum, your thruster will no longer be heating the
(non-existent) atmosphere on one side of it, and you will lose your
thrust. If you prove me wrong, I would be very happy.

But changing the laws of motion with the PNN the thrust becomes greater than 12 grams after about 10 minutes ... and always at 250 watts..

I'm not sure what you call a warmer. For it to have thrust by thermal
effect, it needs to be hotter on one side than the other. If your
"warmer" is hot on one side and cold on the other, yes you can get
thrust from it in an atmosphere.
