I eat two meals a day, ride 5,000 miles a year and this last year despite little access to climbing roads, did 166,000 feet of climbing and I still can't lose weight. This is NOT something that just anyone can do. You have to have a inherited physiology. The pretense that anyone can perform at non-age classified athletic events is pure BS.

it is the amount you eat in one day. Think of it as the old
Calories(energy) in and Calories out formula. You eat 500 calories a
