Back then (around twenty years ago) the ISP's provided access to
newsgroups and actually had their own dedicated nntp servers. It was
all part of the service.

Not sure what I am "lying" about "again" and it doesn't matter if he

Why would anyone living in a major metropolis centre with multiple
choices of high speed Internet choose an ISP that offers 33.6K dial-up
service?

There is not even a toll free number for potential clients living
outside the centre.

Not what I would call a sustainable business plan.
