When we went to Eniwetok for the atomic tests we were briefed that
everything we saw, heard, experienced, ate, drank, smelled or felt was
"classified" and we weren't to talk about it until it was
de-classified. Invariably one of the guys asked ""how will we know
than it is de-classified" and we were told, "Oh, you'll get a call
when its declassified.....

they've never called :-)

Primaries are a party affair. No mention is made in the
Constitution (in fact, the Framers were extremely suspicious
of parties. Until the 2d Presidency, when they all took up
opposing sides in their own parties)

Some State parties prefer caucuses rather than primary
elections. In 2016 moreover, Mr Sanders, who won more
primary delegates, was shoved aside at the party convention.

Is that the same case? I read "Donald Trump has appealed his $454
million New York civil fraud judgment, challenging a judge’s finding
that he lied about his wealth as he grew the real estate empire that
launched him to stardom and the presidency.

The case I was talking about was one for rape or assault. I believe
they started with rape and ended with assault and 5 million dollars.

Now _that's_ something to complain about regarding our justice system!

"Innocent until proven guilty AND you've finally run out of money to pay
attorneys for appeal after appeal after appeal after appeal..."
